Beware of Fraudulant Charges.

I would never purchase anything from this company again. I purchased a small couch table and they charged my credit card for the purchase twice. Im glad I check my credit card transactions regulary.

Live Plants

Do not waste your money buying live plants from LTD Commodities. The $11.30 pink pampas grass was a real joke. It was a ball of dirt about the size of a medium size strawberry with about 10 blades of greenery about 4 - 5 inches tall growing out of it. Or at least I hope it's growing. Hasn't done anything since it was planted immediately upon receipt 6 days ago. The $15.06 for 3 hens and chicks were depicted in the catalogue as being one lavender, one pink and one blue/teal. They were about 2 to 3 inches across and were all the same green to blue tipped color. Pretty, but not different colors. They are doing well, but hens and chicks are hard to kill. At least, in time, I will have about $15.06 worth of hens and chicks as they usually multiply. Pampas grass as small as this piddly thing probably will not survive, but I will work on it.

Beware of this company

As with many others, it seems, I ordered something and was "signed" up to the tune of $14.95 a month. Did not notice charges until 3 had gone through. I called and cancelled, and complain out it and was told told I would get a rebate of about $10 back. So essentially they charged me $45 and will maybe refund $10. Sounds like fraud to me. Will never have anytime to do with them again. And will report them as well. Beware of this company. I would give 0 stars if I could

The worse billing department

Not only did my bank account have my payment go through but they also took a second unauthorized payment for the same amount from my account. The billing department people are the worse uncaring people to talk to. One star because I have to.

Unauthorized charges!

I placed one order for a few small items and without my knowledge or consent, they started charging my credit card $14.95 per month for a perks membership that I did not request or agree to! I see other people have complained about this practice too. I was charged several times the amount of the few items I purchased months ago, in fees that I did NOT agree to! Someone needs to investigate this practice and put a stop to it!

Why are we even worrying

Items used to be good quality and reasonable prices. Now it's sheer JUNK and as expensive as a Macy's store. Unbelievable!

NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY

When buying an item they never say the delivery time. Now after several days, they tell me that they will have it available in March. It appears that it has not been charged, but the charges for the other items to my credit card are different than the invoice. The bill is less than what they charged me.

I ordered Item# 586185-1ISU-WHT

I ordered Item#: 586185-1Isu-wht on their website which is described as a Storage Tower
9 in. sq. x 5 ft. 3-1/4 in. high. This is a unit that has 6 storage cubes. I got a confirmation email that showed the tower standing that tall with 6 cubes as ordered. The confirmation email did not list any item number in it, rather it contained a link to the exact item defined above. It took them a month to ship my order. It arrived today and is half the size. It has 3 storage cubes and stands at 38" tall. So I call in and the guy tells me, no, this is what I ordered. I tell him I am clicking the link in my confirmation email and it it taking me to the taller item I actually ordered. He keeps putting me on hold and then returns and asks if I ordered the unit with 6 cubes to which I reply yes. I then click the actual "view order" button and it shows the same 6 cube taller unit but says 173441-7Isu-wht is the item number. Mind you, 173441-7Isu-wht is not listed on their site at all and when you search slim storage tower the only one that comes up is the one I ordered. After a half hour of going back and forth, the guy offers to send a return label and ship the one I actually ordered. But, they want to charge my card again. I tell him I refuse to allow a second charge and he tells me all I can do is return it, wait 2-3 weeks for a credit to my card, then re-order. I have zero faith they will send the right item upon reorder so I am cramming all these pieces back in the box and sending them back. I even asked how much this item costs and was willing to entertain keeping it and getting half my money back but they refused to help with that.

No Christmas Presents for my Grandkids!

I admit I ordered late this year due to pay days. I entered a new card # and continued with my order. I called this morning to check on my order and was informed that my order was ready to be shipped and would be delivered tomorrow. I was then advised that my order was BLOCKED... as they used the OLD card # instead of the new one I provided them with. Now I am being told 7-10 BUSINESS days to process my order. HORRIBLE. I was passed around and put on hold so many times, I felt like a whore on a saturday night. No one having an answer for me. Not sure what is going on with them, but I have been ordering for years and this year and last year were AWFUL. Horrible. None of them speak english and they could not understand me and I could not understand them. RUN and Run fast far away from LTD

Sketchy company...

Be careful of doing business with this company. They overcharge, don't take off promo codes or free shipping offers. It's very difficult to get through to customer service ( was for me), then you have to explain everything to them multiple times. They have nice products but a company that scams customers is no company I want to deal with.

Still haven't received them, nor the order before them! Completely frustrated as they were part of care packages that I was putting together to hand out for Christmas. At this rate, I may have both orders for the 4th of July :(

Lies Lies and Lies

I've successfully ordered from Ltd a few times over the years. This year, they have been awful. It took an order over 4 weeks to arrive. I gave slack because of Covid. The next order, well, we received half with a note saying the rest of the order was forthcoming. We tracked it, and it never moved from the warehouse. We called and were told. D, "it's on the way". Finally, wa customer rep admitted both items were backorder until, JULY! These are Christmas items. Not Covid this time, just crzppy business pratices. All it would have taken was an email informing us or even a note in the first shipment. We'll see how quickly we get a refund. Never again will I purchase from them.

Can you tell me WHY despite giving you a NEW card number, you ran the old one and my order was not processsed. Your company has gone DOWN HILL it's sad. I will NEVER order from you again.
